At Trinity, we go the EXTRA MILE for our patients. Don’t miss your medical appointments for lack of transportation. We’ll pick you up and bring you to Trinity Medical Group for your scheduled visit.

    Transportation service is available from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  One (1) caregiver or support person may accompany you at no additional cost.
